How to make 

Peanut Butter Mousse Pie

with chocolate ganache

This is the lightest, fluffiest peanut butter pie you’ll ever put in your mouth, so go ahead and cut yourself a BIG piece!

Topped with a luscious dark chocolate ganache, drizzled with honey, and sprinkled with flaky sea salt, it’s a decadent dessert that you’ll be thinking about all week!

Graham cracker crust Gelatin Heavy cream Peanut butter Powdered sugar Vanilla Mascarpone cheese Dark chocolate Butter Peanuts Honey Flaky sea salt

Ingredients

Melt gelatin in heavy cream (see recipe for details).

1.

Mix peanut butter, mascarpone, vanilla, and sugar. Add cream with gelatin.

2.

Whip remaining cream to stiff peaks and fold into peanut butter mixture.

3.

Set some peanut butter mousse aside and spread the rest in the crust.

4.

Make chocolate ganache by pouring hot cream over chocolate. Pour on top of peanut butter mousse.

5.

Decorate pie with remaining mousse, peanuts, and flaky sea salt. Chill. Drizzle with honey just before serving.
