Pickling cucumbers  Fresh dill White vinegar Water Garlic Mustard seeds Peppercorns Kosher salt Sugar

Ingredients

Cut cucumbers into spears or slices.

Put cucumbers in a wide mouth jar with plenty of fresh dill.

Add water, vinegar, garlic cloves, salt, sugar, mustard seeds, and peppercorns to a saucepan and boil.

Use a funnel to pour liquid over cucumbers. Spoon all the solids in too!

Screw on the lid and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
