Ingredients
For the Chicken Salad
6slicesbaconchopped or crumbled
2cupscooked chickenfinely chopped
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/4cupsour cream
1tbspfresh lemon juice
Homemade Ranch Seasoningbelow
1/4cupgreen onionsthinly sliced, green parts only (2-3 green onions)
For the Homemade Ranch Seasoning
2tspdried minced onion
2tspdried parsley
1tspdried chives
3/4tspkosher salt
1/2tsppepper
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1/2tspdried dill weed
Instructions
Cook bacon until crisp and drain on a paper towel. Crumble or chop the bacon into fairly small pieces.
