Hibachi Fried Rice

This toasty hibachi-style fried rice is flavored with soy sauce and sesame seeds and takes only 15 minutes to make. Just like in your favorite Japanese steakhouse!

Preheat a wok or sauté pan to medium high and add oil.

Crumble cold rice into the wok and cook for a minute.

Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring every minute or so.

Add sesame oil and sesame seeds.

Cook for another 2 minutes.

If desired, pack rice into a bowl to mold it.
