How to make 

Classic Brioche French Toast

If you want to make a quick and easy but truly decadent brunch, use an enriched bread like brioche to make classic French toast!

Brioche bread (sliced thick, stale) Eggs Half-and-half Brown Sugar Vanilla Extract Kosher salt Butter (for cooking) Toppings (fresh fruit, berries, maple syrup, butter, powdered sugar)


Whisk together eggs, half-and-half, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt.


Soak each slice of bread for about 2 seconds per side, until saturated but not soggy.


Cook in butter on medium low until golden brown on both sides.


Serve topped with butter, powdered sugar, maple syrup, or fresh berries!
