Cut baguette in half lengthwise and crosswise into two long sandwich loaves. Spread each bottom half with 2 tbsp fig orange spread. Top each sandwich bottom with 3 slices prosciutto, sliced brie cheese, and a leaf of lettuce.
Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over each top half of the baguette and close the sandwiches.
Enjoy outdoors, if possible.
Notes
Use more prosciutto if you'd like! I would have but it's kinda pricey so I just bought one 3-oz. package.
