Grilled Blackened Salmon

You can make  the best  crispy-skinned blackened salmon in just  10 minutes! Make it on the grill or in a cast iron skillet: healthy and delicious, and as spicy as you like!

Melt some butter and brush it on the fleshy side of the salmon fillets.

Coat the top of the salmon with blackened seasoning.

Pat to adhere the spices.

Preheat the grill to medium high. Top with a grill mat, if desired, and add the salmon, spices side down.

Flip salmon after 1-2 minutes.

Cook skin-side down for  5-6 minutes (or more for thicker fillets) and remove to a plate.
